Michigan sophomore Chloe Foster won the women's 400-meter hurdles in 59.65 seconds at the 44th Stanford Invitational at Cobb Track and Angell Field. Foster ran a personal-best 59.33 in her outdoor season opener March 23 at Vanderbilt.
